摘 要:应对排放、节能和延长换油周期成为当今促进发动机技术不断革新的三大驱动力,发动机制造商纷纷采用机内、机外新技术以达到史上最苛刻的排放要求,进而推动内燃机油技术不断更新换代,向着低硫磷灰分、低黏度、节能方向发展。在4G发动机上进行24 h机油耗测试,发现不同油品机油消耗不相同。文章进一步考察了油品组成对24 h机油耗的影响,进而指导全配方设计来优化机油消耗。Reducing emissions,saving energy and extending oil drain intervals have become the three major driving forces for continuous innovation in engine technology today.Engine manufacturers have adopted new engine technologies inside and out to meet the most stringent emission requirements in history,thereby promoting the continuous improvement of internal combustion engine oil technology and developing towards low SP ash,low viscosity and energy saving.The 24 h oil consumption test was carried out on the 4G engine,and it was found that the oil consumption of different oil products varies.The paper further investigated the influence of oil composition on 24 h engine oil consumption,and then guided the full formula design to optimize engine oil consumption.
