摘 要:纳米材料因其独特的性能在润滑领域受到了广泛关注。文章设计制备了一种改性纳米镍添加剂(OA-Ni),将其均匀分散在四种不同类型润滑脂中,采用四球摩擦试验机和UMT摩擦试验机,评估了OA-Ni作为润滑脂添加剂在不同摩擦方式、不同类型润滑脂中的摩擦学性能。结果表明,在点对点接触模式下,OA-Ni在四种润滑脂中均能发挥良好的抗磨效果,其中以锂基脂中的效果最佳;在点对面接触下,OA-Ni在聚脲脂中的减摩抗磨性能较为突出。Nano materials have received extensive attention in the field of lubrication due to their unique properties.In this paper,a modified nano-nickel additive(OA-Ni)was designed and prepared.OA-Ni was uniformly dispersed in four types of greases.Then,the tribological properties of OA-Ni in different friction modes and different types of greases were evaluated using a four-ball friction tester and a UMT friction tester.The results show that,under the point-to-point contact mode,OA-Ni can have a good anti-wear effect in the four types of greases,especially in the lithium-based grease;under the point-to-surface contact mode,the anti-friction and anti-wear properties of OA-Ni in polyurea grease are outstanding.
