摘  要:制备了几种不同烷基链长的烷基水杨酸钙,并将其与分散剂、ZDDP、基础油等共同调制成船用中速机油。通过PDSC、成焦板、热管氧化、斑点分散等方法对中速机油进行模拟评价,旨在考察烷基水杨酸钙的烷基链长度对中速机油性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着烷基水杨酸钙链长的增加,中速机油的抗氧化性、抗乳化性及清净性能呈下降趋势,沥青分散性先升高后下降;以RF1109(C14~C18)调制的Ⅰ号油在抗氧化性和清净性方面表现出色,以RF1109(C20~C24)调制的Ⅱ号油具有优异的分水性和沥青分散性;烷基水杨酸钙的链长不宜超过C24,否则会造成油品综合性能下降。Several kinds of calcium alkyl salicylates with different alkyl chain lengths were prepared and mixed with dispersant,ZDDP and base oil to prepare a marine medium-speed engine oil.Simulation and evaluation were made with the medium-speed engine oil by PDSC,coking plate,heat pipe oxidation,spot dispersion and other methods to investigate the effect of alkyl chain length of calcium alkyl salicylate on the properties of the medium-speed engine oil.The results show that,with the increase of the chain length of calcium alkyl salicylate,the oxidation resistance,anti-emulsification and detergency of the medium-speed engine oil decrease,and the dispersion of asphalt increases first and then decreases.Oil I prepared by RF1109(14-18)has excellent oxidation resistance and detergency,while Oil II prepared by RF1109(20-24)has excellent water separation and asphalt dispersion.The chain length of calcium alkyl salicylate should not exceed C24;otherwise,it will cause the decline of the oil's comprehensive properties.
