摘　　要：小檗碱又叫黄连素,是一种来源于黄连、三颗针等多种植物中的天然生物碱,具有抗菌、抗炎、抗氧化应激、调控脂肪代谢等广泛生物学活性。在家禽生产中,小檗碱应用广泛,特别对于肉鸡等需要高脂肪饲料的品种,小檗碱抗氧化应激以及调控脂肪代谢功能对其健康和生长大有裨益。本文综述了小檗碱的结构特征、生理活性及其在家禽生产中的应用研究进展,为其在家禽养殖中的进一步研究和应用提供参考。Berberine is a natural alkaloid derived from Coptis chinensis,three needles and other plants.It has a wide range of biological activities,such as antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant stress,regulating fat metabolism and so on.Berberine is widely used in poultry production,especially for broilers and other varieties that need high-fat feed.Berberine's antioxidant stress and regulation of fat metabolism are of great benefit to their health and growth.This paper reviewed the structural characteristics,physiological activities of berberine and its application in poultry production,in order to provide reference for its further research and application in poultry breeding.
