摘 要:为研究饲料中添加丁酸钠对海兰褐蛋公雏生长性能、血清生化指标和抗氧化性能的影响,选择体重相近、健康的1日龄海兰褐蛋公雏80只,随机分为2组。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,处理组日粮添加500 mg/kg丁酸钠,试验周期21 d。结果表明:(1)丁酸钠可显著提高蛋公雏的生长性能,丁酸钠组日增重较对照组提高了7.78%,差异显著(P <0.01),且料重比较对照组降低了7.05%(P <0.05),但日采食量两组间未表现出显著性差异(P> 0.05)。(2)饲喂丁酸钠的蛋公雏血清中葡萄糖和免疫球蛋白IgM含量均显著高于对照组(P <0.05),血清中总蛋白、白蛋白、甘油三酯和门冬氨酸转氨酶含量均未表现出显著性差异(P> 0.05)。(3)丁酸钠提高了蛋公雏的抗氧化性能,血清超氧化物歧化酶活性较对照组提高了22.29%(P <0.05),丙二醛含量显著降低了18.26%(P <0.05),其他抗氧化物酶活性未表现出显著性差异(P> 0.05)。综上,饲粮添加500 mg/kg丁酸钠一定程度上提高了海兰褐蛋公雏的生长性能和血清抗氧化性能。The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of sodium butyrate on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and antioxidant activity in egg chicks of Hyline brown.Eighty healthy 1-day-old egg chicks of Hyline brown were randomly assigned to two groups.The chicks in control group was fed with basal diet,and the other was supplemented with 500 mg/kg sodium butyrate.The experiment lasted for 21 days.The results were as follows:(1)The addition of sodium butyrate in diet improved the production performance of chicks,and the daily gain in sodium butyrate group was 7.78%higher(P<0.01)than that in the control group.Also,the feed/gain ratio in treatment group supplemented by sodium butyrate was 7.05%lower than that in the control group.However,no difference(P>0.05)was observed in average daily feed intake among all groups.(2)Compared with the control group,the dietary sodium butyrate increased(P<0.05)the glucose(GLU)and IgM concentration in serum.However,no difference(P>0.05)was observed in serum total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),triglyceride(TG),or aspartate aminotransferase(AST)concentration among two groups.(3)The dietary sodium acetate supplement improved the antioxidant activities of chicks,showing the superoxide dismutase concentration in serum increased by 22.29%(P<0.05)compared with the control group,while the malondialdehyde was 18.26%(P<0.05)lower than that in the control.However,other enzyme activities showed no difference(P>0.05)among two groups.In summary,the dietary addition of 500 mg/kg sodium butyrate improved growth performance and antioxidant ability of Hyline brown male egg chicks.
