摘 要:子宫切除术在临床上较为常见,可用于治疗子宫肌瘤、子宫腺肌症等妇科疾病,通过手术方式切除部分或全部子宫可阻止患者病情恶化。但该治疗方法属于侵入性治疗,会破坏卵巢、子宫等部位的完整性,对患者身体造成创伤,基于此,子宫切除术是否会影响患者内分泌功能成为临床医师争论的重要焦点。该文主要分析子宫切除术对患者内分泌功能的影响,旨在为临床医师拟定手术方案、开展术后激素替代治疗提供指导。Hysterectomy is relatively common in clinical practice,which can be used to treat gynecological diseases such as hysteromyoma and adenomyosis.By surgical removal of part or all of the uterus,the patient's condition can be prevented from worsening.However,this treatment is an invasive treatment,which will destroy the integrity of ovary,uterus and other parts and cause trauma to the patient's body.Based on this,whether hysterectomy will affect the endocrine function of patients has become an important focus of debate among clinicians.This article mainly analyzes the influence of hysterectomy on endocrine function of patients,aiming to provide guidance for clinicians to draw up surgical plans and carry out hormone replacement therapy after surgery.
