摘  要:目的分析大容量全肺灌洗术后,采用呼吸功能锻炼+雾化吸入+机械排痰的临床效果。方法选取96例尘肺病患者,均接受大容量全肺灌洗术治疗,采用摸球法分为两组,术后对照组采用机械排痰+雾化吸入治疗,观察组在此基础上增加呼吸功能锻炼,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后两组临床效果、SPO2、FeNO水平相比,观察组临床效果优于对照组,SPO2、FeNO水平高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后组间生存质量评分、满意度相比,观察组均较高(P<0.05)。结论尘肺病患者大容量全肺灌洗术后,采用呼吸功能锻炼、雾化吸入、机械排痰联合治疗,能更快地缓解患者临床症状,提高患者血氧饱和度和呼吸功能,改善患者生存质量,为患者提供良好的治疗服务工作。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of respiratory function exercise+atomization inhalation+mechanical expectoration after large volume whole lung lavage.Methods A total of 96 patients with pneumoconiosis were selected and all of them were treated with large-volume lung lavage.They were divided into two groups by ball-touch method.The control group was treated with mechanical sputum drainage+atomization inhalation after operation,and the observation group was treated with respiratory function exercise on the basis of this,and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results Compared with the clinical effect,SPO2 and FeNO levels after treatment,the clinical effect rate of observation group was better than control group,SPO2 and FeNO levels were higher than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of quality of life and satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion After large volume whole lung lavage,the combined treatment of respiratory function exercise,atomization inhalation and mechanical expectoration can relieve clinical symptoms,improve blood oxygen saturation and respiratory function,improve the quality of life of patients,and provide good treatment services for patients with pneumoconiosis.
