入院前“类集体”健康教育对眼科日间手术患者的健康教育影响

摘　　要：目的探讨入院前“类集体”健康教育在眼科日间手术患者中的运用效果。方法选取2019年1月-2021年12月于南昌大学第二附属医院进行眼科日间手术的患者400例,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组各200例。对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组采用入院前“类集体”健康教育。对比两组健康教育效果、患者满意度。结果观察组健康知识掌握评分(17.03±1.12)分、健康教育时机评分(18.15±0.49)分、健康教育形式评分(18.08±0.30)分、健康教育时间评分(17.66±0.82)分、健康教育效率评分(18.01±0.25)分,高于对照组的(15.74±2.37)分、(16.34±2.24)分、(16.56±1.74)分、(15.82±1.99)分、(17.63±0.58)分,有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度97.50%,高于对照组的91.50%,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论入院前“类集体”健康教育能提升眼科日间手术患者健康教育效果,获得更高的满意度。Objective To explore the effect of"quasi collective"health education on patients undergoing ophthalmic daytime surgery before admission.Methods 400 patients who underwent daytime ophthalmic surgery in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table,200 patients in each group.The control group was given routine health education,while the observation group was given"quasi collective"health education before admission.Compare the effect of health education and patient satisfaction between the two groups.Results The scores of health knowledge mastery(17.03±1.12),health education opportunity(18.15±0.49),health education form(18.08±0.30),health education time(17.66±0.82),and health education efficiency(18.01±0.25)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(15.74±2.37),(16.34±2.24),(16.56±1.74),(15.82±1.99),and(17.63±0.58),there was statistical difference(P<0.05);the satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 97.50%,higher than that in the control group(91.50%,P<0.05).Conclusion The"quasi collective"health education before admission can improve the effect of health education for patients undergoing eye surgery in the daytime and obtain higher satisfaction.
