摘　　要：目的探讨分析心理支持与语言沟通对BPH患者尿动力学检查过程中疼痛程度、身心应激反应及并发症的影响。方法在武警江苏省总医院泌尿外科2017年8月-2022年7月期间收治的BPH患者中抽取98例作为研究对象,按照患者入院时间分为对照组(49例,常规护理)与研究组(49例,常规护理+心理支持与语言沟通干预),比较两组患者检查过程中疼痛程度、身心应激反应及并发症。结果研究组患者疼痛程度低于对照组,P<0.05,对照组SBP、HR水平波动较大,P<0.05,研究组SBP、HR水平无明显变化,P>0.05,SCL-90评分低于对照组,P<0.05,检查时间短于对照组,尿道外括约肌非自然收缩、逼尿肌非自然收缩及腹压异常发生率均低于对照组,且检查成功率高于对照组,P<0.05,并发症发生率均低于对照组,P<0.05。结论心理支持与语言沟通干预可有效减轻BPH患者尿动力学检查疼痛程度,改善身心应激反应,提高检查成功率,缩短检查时间,降低并发症发生率,具有临床推广价值。Objective To explore and analyze the effects of psychological support and language communication on the degree of pain,physical and mental stress reaction and complications of BPH patients during urodynamic examination.Methods 98 patients with BPH admitted to the urological department of our hospital from August 2017 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the time of admission,the patients were divided into the control group(49 cases,routine care)and the research group(49 cases,routine care+psychological support and language communication intervention).The pain level,physical and mental stress reaction and complications of patients in the two groups were compared during the examination.Results The pain degree of patients in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of SBP and HR in the control group fluctuated significantly(P<0.05).The levels of SBP and HR in the study group had no significant change(P>0.05).The SCL-90 score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The examination time was shorter than that in the control group.The incidence of unnatural contraction of the external urethral sphincter,unnatural contraction of the detrusor and abnormal abdominal pressure were lower than those in the control group,and the success rate of the examination was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological support and language communication intervention can effectively reduce the degree of pain in the urodynamic examination of BPH patients,improve the physical and mental stress reaction,improve the success rate of the examination,shorten the examination time,and reduce the incidence of complications,which has clinical promotion value.
