摘　　要：目的探讨JMS血透机新型预冲方式与传统机型预冲方式对透析器凝血的影响。方法选取惠州市第三人民医院2021年7月-2022年7月血液透析患者122例,随机分为对照组(n=61)、研究组(n=61)。对照组采用传统机型预冲方式,研究组采用JMS血透机新型预冲方式,统计比较两组透析器及管路的凝血程度、透析器血室容量、尿素清除指数、残余气泡评分及透析前后肾功能指标[尿素氮(BUN)、三酰甘油(TG)、肌酐(Scr)、尿微量蛋白(mALB)]。结果研究组透析器及管路的凝血情况及透析器血室容量优于对照组(P<0.05);透析后研究组Scr、TG、BUN、mALB水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组尿素清除指数较对照组高,残余气泡评分较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论与传统机型预冲方式相比,JMS血透机新型预冲方式抗凝效果良好,可减少残余气泡,提高尿素清除率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the influence of new pre flushing mode of JMS hemodialysis machine and traditional pre flushing mode on blood coagulation of dialyzer.Methods 122 hemodialysis patients in our hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were randomly divided into control group(n=61)and study group(n=61).The control group used the traditional model pre flushing method,while the study group used the new pre flushing method of JMS hemodialysis machine to statistically compare the blood coagulation degree,dialyzer blood chamber volume,urea clearance index,residual bubble score and renal function indicators before and after dialysis[urea nitrogen(BUN),triacylglycerol(TG),creatinine(Scr),and microalbuminuria(mALB)]between the two groups.Results The blood coagulation and blood volume of dialyzer in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);after dialysis,the levels of Scr,TG,BUN and mALB in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the urea clearance index of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the residual bubble score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional pre flushing method,the new pre flushing method of JMS hemodialysis machine has a good anticoagulant effect,which can reduce residual bubbles and improve the urea clearance rate,and is worthy of clinical application.
