摘 要:文中采用广义Maxwell模型和5单元Prony级数,定义沥青砂浆及混合料的松弛模量参数,建立100 mm×300 mm的沥青砂浆松弛试验有限元模型,采用时域分析方法拟合得到沥青砂浆松弛模量的Prony级数参数.基于细观多相介质假设与黏弹性本构关系,使用参数化建模和随机投放算法,实现了沥青混合料的细观组成模拟.考虑细观-宏观跨尺度关联机理,利用有限元模拟沥青混合料松弛试验,预测沥青混合料松弛模量及Prony级数参数,分别代入半刚性与柔性沥青路面组合分析其应力响应.结果表明:沥青砂浆Prony级数参数预测值与真实试验结果吻合良好,相对误差不超过1.2%.沥青砂浆分析区域von Mises应力与竖直方向应力S22基本相等,随着松弛时间的增加逐渐减小,有明显的应力松弛现象,与松弛试验真实情况相符.跨尺度预测的沥青混合料松弛模量参数在合理范围以内,解释了沥青路面恢复存在滞后性与残余应力.The generalized Maxwell model and 5-element Prony series were used to define the relaxation modulus parameters of asphalt mortar and mixture.The finite element model of 100 mm×300 mm asphalt mortar relaxation test was established,and the Prony series parameters of asphalt mortar relaxation modulus were fitted by time domain analysis method.Based on the hypothesis of mesoscopic multiphase medium and viscoelastic constitutive relation,the mesoscopic composition simulation of asphalt mixture was realized by using parametric modeling and random dropping algorithm.Considering the meso-macro cross-scale correlation mechanism,the relaxation test of asphalt mixture was simulated by finite element method,and the relaxation modulus and Prony series parameters of asphalt mixture were predicted.The stress response of semi-rigid and flexible asphalt pavement was analyzed respectively.The results show that the predicted values of Prony series parameters of asphalt mortar are in good agreement with the real test results,and the relative error is less than 1.2%.von Mises stress in the analysis area of asphalt mortar is basically equal to vertical stress S22.With the increase of relaxation time,the stress relaxation phenomenon is obvious,which is consistent with the real situation of relaxation test.The relaxation modulus parameters of asphalt mixture predicted by cross-scale are within a reasonable range,which well explains the hysteresis and residual stress in asphalt pavement restoration.
