摘 要:文中提出基于光纤埋设体积比的光纤封装材料与沥青混合料黏附性能匹配性指标.通过对比不同种类光纤封装材料的表面能参数,确定导致沥青路面在光纤长期埋设处产生水损害问题的原因是封装材料表面能参数所表征材料的物理、化学特性.通过对光纤封装材料进行耐高温、强度及黏附性试验,进行了光纤封装材料优选.同时,基于表面能理论提出考虑光纤埋设体积比的匹配性指标ER 2值,并通过不同光纤埋设体积比的沥青混合料浸水马歇尔试验和冻融劈裂试验验证改进后的ER 2值的可靠度.The matching index of adhesion between optical fiber packaging materials and asphalt mixture based on the volume ratio of optical fiber embedding was put forward.By comparing the surface energy parameters of different kinds of optical fiber packaging materials,it is determined that the physical and chemical characteristics of the materials characterized by the surface energy parameters of the packaging materials are the cause of water damage in the long-term embedding of optical fibers on asphalt pavement.By testing the high temperature resistance,strength and adhesion of optical fiber packaging materials,the optical fiber packaging materials were optimized.Meanwhile,based on the surface energy theory,the matching index ER 2 value considering the volume ratio of optical fiber embedding was put forward,and the reliability of the improved ER 2 value was verified by Marshall test and freeze-thaw splitting test of asphalt mixture with different volume ratios of optical fiber embedding.
