摘 要:文中基于集料图像分析技术,探究了集料表面纹理和棱角性在磨损和冲击过程中的变异性,分析了集料细观形貌特征参数与沥青混合料服役性能的相关性.结果表明:随着磨耗次数的增加,集料的棱角特征逐渐减弱,集料边缘的锐度持续降低,表面纹理特征逐渐消失.随着棱角纹理复合指数的增加,试样的高温性能和抗水损害性能呈现上升的趋势,而低温抗裂性能呈现下降的趋势.根据棱角纹理复合指数与路用性能的线性回归方程,发现使高温性能和水损害性能满足规范要求的最低棱角纹理复合指数分别为6289.0和6828.8.Based on the technology of aggregate image analysis,the variability of aggregate surface texture and angularity in the process of wear and impact was explored,and the correlation between the characteristic parameters of aggregate meso-morphology and the service performance of asphalt mixture was analyzed.The results show that with the increase of wear times,the angular characteristics of aggregate gradually weaken,the sharpness of aggregate edge continues to decrease and the surface texture characteristics gradually disappear.With the increase of the composite index of angular texture,the high temperature performance and water damage resistance of the samples show an upward trend,while the low temperature crack resistance shows a downward trend.According to the linear regression equation between the compound index of angular texture and road performance,it is found that the lowest compound index of angular texture which makes the high temperature performance and water damage performance meet the requirements of the code is 6289.0 and 6828.8 respectively.
