摘  要:文中对广惠高速公路、机荷高速公路、广珠东高速公路和广州绕城高速南环段就地热再生路面结构形式、再生方式、配合比设计和工前及工后3~5年的技术状况进行调查与评价.结果表明:工后3~5年就地热再生路面抗滑、损坏、行驶质量和车辙等技术状况指数依然较好,其耐久性可以满足大交通量、重载交通和高温多雨地区的外界环境考验.广东省就地热再生路面工后5年,裂缝反射至路表,PCI明显下降,建议广东省高速公路就地热再生预期使用寿命为5年.采用就地热再生技术处理裂缝类病害较多路段时,应在就地热再生层与下部结构间铺设土工格栅或土工布,以提高就地热再生路面的长期耐久性能.就地热再生技术可应用于桥面段和路基段,复拌再生法和加铺再生法均可作为预防养护措施.The structural types,recycling methods,mix design and technical conditions of in-situ hot recycled pavements in Guanghui Expressway,Jihe Expressway,Guangzhou-Zhuhai Expressway and the south ring section of Guangzhou Ring Expressway were investigated and evaluated.The research results show that the technical indexes of anti-skid,damage,driving quality and rutting of in-place hot recycling pavement are still good after 3~5 years of construction,and its durability can meet the external environmental test of heavy traffic,heavy traffic and high temperature and rainy areas.Five years after the construction of in-place hot recycling pavement in Guangdong Province,cracks reflected to the pavement surface,and PCI decreased obviously.It is suggested that the expected service life of in-place hot recycling pavement in Guangdong Province should be five years.When the in-place recycling technology is used to treat the road sections with more cracks,geogrids or geotextiles should be laid between the in-place recycling layer and the substructure to improve the long-term durability of the in-place recycling pavement.Hot-in-place recycling technology can be applied to bridge deck section and subgrade section,and mixed recycling method and overlay recycling method can be used as preventive maintenance measures.
