摘 要:文中选GS90#基质沥青为母体,二甲苯为溶剂,以古马隆树脂和苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)为改性剂,通过正交试验设计方法确定各组成合理掺量,制得一种常温型灌缝材料(CW-GHG).系统测试其低温柔韧度、5℃弹性恢复率、测力延度、断裂伸长率及复合试件裂缝壁与CW-GHG的黏结强度、抗剪切能力.结果表明:CW-GHG不仅在低温条件下具有较好的抗裂性能与变形能力,且与裂缝壁之间具有优良的黏结性能,组成的灌缝体系具有良好的抗剪切能力.With GS90#matrix asphalt as matrix,xylene as solvent,coumarone resin and styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer(SBS)as modifiers,a normal temperature type joint filling material(CW-GHG)was prepared by orthogonal design.The low-temperature flexibility,elastic recovery rate at 5℃,elongation at break,bond strength between crack wall and CW-GHG and shear resistance of composite specimens were systematically tested.The results show that CW-GHG not only has good crack resistance and deformation ability at low temperature,but also has excellent bonding performance with the crack wall,and the joint filling system has good shear resistance.
