摘　　要：探究纯亚麻织物纤毛脱落的影响因素。通过实验的方式,计算出纯亚麻织物的掉毛率、失重率与分离度,并测量出毛羽的长度,然后分别从纺纱工艺与印染工艺两个方面着手,分析纯亚麻织物纤毛脱落的主要影响因素。在纯亚麻织物生产环节当中,除了捻纺纱工序外,其余工序均会提高束状纤维的分裂度,使织物内部纤维变短,进而导致纤毛脱落。纯亚麻织物加工生产时,应注重材料的选择,并根据实际情况,设计出最佳的加工工艺,以此提升纯亚麻织物的质量,防止其出现纤毛脱落的问题。To investigate the influencing factors of pure linen fabric cilia shedding.Through the experimental way,the pure linen fabric hair loss rate,weight loss rate and separation,and measure the length of the hair feathers,then from the spinning process and printing and dyeing process of two aspects,the analysis of the main factors affecting the pure linen fabric cilia shedding.The entire production of pure linen fabrics,in addition to the twisting spinning process,the rest of the process will improve the splitting degree of bundled fibers,so that the internal fibers of the fabric become shorter,which leads to cilia shedding.When processing and producing pure linen fabric,we should pay attention to the selection of materials and design the best processing process according to the actual situation,so as to improve the quality of pure linen fabric and prevent the problem of cilia shedding.
