摘　　要：随着小家电产品普及程度的提高,小家电产品在现代生活中扮演着越来越重要的角色。而小家电造型同质化十分严重,为解决造型风格创新设计中创新性弱等问题,提出用原型理论进行小家电的造型设计方法研究。在感性工学的理论基础上提取产品的原型特征,确定关键造型要素,形成系列化的产品造型风格。以小家电类产品为研究对象,首先使用感性工学设计工具进行小家电造型风格的分类筛选,利用提取的造型要素确定关键原型特征,最后将造型风格要素进行匹配进行形态创新设计,延续了该类家电的造型风格。实践方案验证该造型设计方法在小家电类产品造型风格创新中的可行性。With the increasing popularity of small household appliances,small household appliances play an increasingly important role in modern life.Users turn their attention to a variety of household appliances,and the small household appliances are very serious in the form of homogeneity.In order to solve the problems of homogeneity and weak innovation in the form style design,prototype theory is proposed to study the form design method of small household appliances.Based on the theory of Kansei engineering,prototype features of products are extracted,key modeling elements are determined,and serialized product modeling styles are formed.Taking small household appliances as the research object,the design tool of Kansei Engineering is firstly used to classify and screen the styling styles of small household appliances,and the key prototype features are determined by the extracted styling elements.Finally,the styling style elements are matched for shape innovation design,which continues the styling styles of such household appliances.The practical scheme verifies the feasibility of the modeling design method in the modeling style innovation of small household appliances.
