中国城镇化高质量发展与服务业耦合协调发展的时空特征研究

摘　　要：利用2008—2019年全国269个地级市的面板数据,分别构建服务业发展和城镇化高质量发展指标体系,测度出各地级市的服务业发展城镇化高质量发展综合水平,运用耦合协调模型计算出二者的耦合协调度,探究其时空特征。研究结论:2008—2019年中国城镇化高质量发展与服务业发展均有不同程度的提升,2008—2016年两种指数发展趋势齐头并进,2016—2019年城镇化高质量发展水平滞后于服务业发展水平。城镇化高质量发展指数高值区主要位于京津冀、长三角、成渝城市群、珠三角城市群,服务业发展水平较高的区域主要分布在内蒙古东北部、中部及沿海城市。城镇化高质量发展与服务业发展耦合协调度整体水平呈平稳上升趋势,失调衰退类逐渐进阶为过渡发展类,过渡发展类逐渐上升为协调发展类。京津冀、长三角、成渝、珠三角和山东半岛地区及各省会城市的二者耦合协调发展始终保持较高水平,二者耦合协调度呈现出东部地区大于中部、西部、东北部地区的态势。Using the panel data of 269 prefecture-level cities in China from 2008 to 2019,the index system for the development of service industry and the high-quality development of urbanization was constructed,the comprehensive level of high-quality development of service industry development and urbanization in various cities was measured,and the coupling coordination model was used to calculate the coupling coordination degree of the two,and explore their spatio-temporal characteristics.Research conclusions:From 2008 to 2019,the high-quality development of urbanization and the development of the service industry in China have been improved to varying degrees,the development trend of the two indexes from 2008 to 2016 goes hand in hand,and the high-quality development level of urbanization in 2016-2019 lags behind the development level of the service industry.The high-value areas of the urbanization high-quality development index are mainly located in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Yangtze River Delta,Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration and Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration,and the areas with high service industry development level are mainly distributed in the northeastern,central and coastal cities of Inner Mongolia.The overall level of coupling coordination between the high-quality development of urbanization and the development of the service industry showed a steady upward trend,and the imbalance and decline category gradually advanced to the transitional development category,and the transitional development category gradually rose to the coordinated development category.The coupling and coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Yangtze River Delta,Chengdu-Chongqing,Pearl River Delta and Shandong Peninsula regions and provincial capitals has always maintained a high level,and the coupling coordination degree of the two shows that the eastern region is greater than the central,western and northeastern regions.
