磁性纤维含量对针织面料服用性能的影响分析

摘  要:文章探究了磁性纤维含量对针织面料服用性能的影响。设置出不同比例的磁性纤维与其他纤维的搭配方案,并通过实验分析的方式,对针织面料的服用性能进行分析,包括力学性能、抗起毛球性能、尺寸稳定性与透湿性能等。结果表明,磁性纤维含量越高,面料的断裂强力与顶破强力越低,抗起毛球性能越差,透湿性能越低,而其他指标则无明显改变。磁性针织面料生产时,应针对面料的实际需求,结合成本造价等因素,设置出最佳的磁性纤维含量,确保针织面料具有良好服用性能的同时,降低磁性面料生产成本。In order to investigate the effect of magnetic fiber content on the wearing properties of knitted fabrics,different proportions of magnetic fibers and other fibers were used to analyze the performance of knitted fabrics,including mechanical properties,pilling resistance,dimensional stability and moisture permeability,etc.The results show that the higher the content of magnetic fibers,the lower the breaking strength and top breaking strength,the worse the pilling resistance,the lower the moisture permeability,while other indexes do not change significantly.In the production of magnetic knitted fabrics,the best magnetic fiber content should be set according to the actual demand of the fabrics,combined with the cost and other factors,to ensure the good performance of the knitted fabrics and reduce the production cost of magnetic fabrics.
