新材料新工艺在汽车内饰中的应用分析

摘　　要：随着汽车行业的快速发展,汽车内饰的使用材料也在响应环保号召,代替一些会造成资源浪费或者污染严重的旧工艺材料。而新型材料由于其高强度、低成本和环保等优点,被人们接纳使用。新型材料将来可以作为车辆内装材料的主要材料,同时为车辆内装材料拓展出新的空间。汽车内饰加工工艺也在为人们带来便利,可以供人们减少二次加工时间,更加的高效并且便捷,进而为汽车内饰加工增加更多的可能性。文章主要围绕着汽车内饰所使用的材料以及工艺,分析如今汽车内饰所使用材料的优劣以及最新工艺的流程。Nowadays,the automotive industry has made rapid progress,and people's demand for automobiles is constantly rising.The materials used for automotive interiors are also responding to the call for environmental protection,replacing some old process materials that can cause resource waste or serious pollution.New materials have also been accepted for use due to their high strength,low cost,and environmentally friendly advantages.New materials can be used as the main material for vehicle interior materials in the future,while expanding new space for vehicle interior materials.The automotive interior processing technology is also bringing convenience to people,which can reduce secondary processing time,make it more efficient and convenient,and thereby increase more possibilities for automotive interior processing.This article mainly focuses on the materials and processes used in automotive interiors,analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of materials used in automotive interiors today,as well as the latest process flow.
