摘  要:地菍是集药用、观赏和果用为一体的新型多用途植物,人工栽培主要采用扦插育苗的方式,为促进地菍插枝的生根,研究了NAA和IBA两种物质不同浓度和浸泡时间的搭配对地菍不定根形成的影响。结果表明,NAA浓度在10~50mg/L时,浸泡时间在60~120s均可显著缩短发根初始时间、提高发根量和增加发根粗度和总根长,而IBA在100~200 mg/L,随着浓度和浸泡时间的增加,发根量也随之增加。Melastoma dodecandrum is a new multi-purpose type plant that integrates medicinal,ornamental,and fruit uses.Artificial cultivation mainly adopts the method of cutting seedlings.To promote the rooting of M.dodecandrum cuttings,the effects of different concentrations and soaking times of NAA and IBA on the formation of adventitious roots of M.dodecan-drum were investigated.The results showed that NAA concentration in the range of 10~50 mg×L^(‒1)and soaking time in 60-120 s could significantly shorten the initial time of hair roots,increase the number of hair roots and increase the thickness and total root length of hair roots,while IBA at a range of the 100-200 mg/L generally showed enhanced root-promoting effect with increasing concentration and soaking time.
