摘　　要：实现区域协调发展既有利于贯彻落实新发展理念,更有利于构建新发展格局及共同富裕目标的实现。但目前主要面临东北地区与东、中、西部差距,南北方差距及“一带一路”国内段内部差距过大,都市圈、城市群空间布局呈现东密西疏,区域之间的合作进程缓慢等问题。“十四五”时期及未来,应重点通过培育经济增长点,以县城、中心村(镇)为城乡融合发展的重要节点,都市圈、城市群为增长极,促进跨区域的经济带建设;以重大经济带建设为重点,构建纵横交错的区域协调发展网络;以“一带一路”为引领,加快构建新发展格局。Realizing regional coordinated development can not only promote implementation of the new devel⁃opment concept,but also accelerate the forming of a new development pattern and realization of the goal of com⁃mon prosperity.At present,the gap between the Northeast and the East,the Middle and the West,the gap between the North and the South,and the internal gap of the“the Belt and Road”are too large,the spatial layout of metro⁃politan areas and urban agglomerations is dense in the east and sparse in the west,and the cooperation process be⁃tween regions is slow.During the“14th Five-Year Plan”period and in the future,China should focus on cultivat⁃ing economic growth points,focusing on county towns and central villages(towns),realizing the integrated devel⁃opment of urban and rural areas,taking central cities,core cities,metropolitan areas and urban agglomerations as the growth initiation points,promoting the construction of trans-regional economic belts,focusing on the construc⁃tion of major economic belts,building a criss-crossing regional coordinated development network,and gradually building a new development pattern under the guidance of the belt and road initiative.
