山西省与京津冀地区城市经济联系与网络特征研究

摘　　要：强化区域经济联系是推动区域协调发展,构建共同富裕发展格局的重要手段。基于城市协调发展水平和产业互补水平建立修正的引力模型,测算山西省与京津冀地区24个城市间的经济联系强度,并构建城市经济联系网络进行分析,结果表明:山西省与京津冀地区在城市协调发展水平上存在较大差异,但产业互补水平较高,有良好的产业合作基础;山西省与京津冀地区城市经济联系显著加强,但各城市对外经济联系差异增大;城市经济联系网络整体中心性明显,山西省大多数城市处于网络边缘位置,北京市和天津市在网络内影响力最大,一定程度上削弱了石家庄市和太原市等中心城市的带动与辐射作用,最后从合作发展、产业对接、交通建设等方面提出提升山西省与京津冀地区城市经济联系水平的政策建议。Strengthening regional economic connection is an important means to promote regional coordinated development and build a pattern of common prosperity.Based on the level of coordinated development and industri⁃al complementarity,a modified gravity model is established to measure the economic connection strength between 24 cities in Shanxi province and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and the economic connection network is construct⁃ed.The results show that there are great differences between Shanxi Province and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region in the level of coordinated development,but the level of industrial complementary is high and there is a good founda⁃tion for industrial cooperation;The economic connection between Shanxi Province and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei re⁃gion has been significantly strengthened,but the differences in the external economic connection among cities have increased;The overall centrality of economic connection network is obvious,most cities in Shanxi Province are at the edge of the network,and Beijing and Tianjin have a deep influence on other cities in the network partly weakening the driving and radiating effects of the sub-functional centers such as Shijiazhuang and Taiyuan.Final⁃ly,from the aspects of cooperation development,industrial complementary development and efficient transporta⁃tion,some policy suggestions are put forward to improve the level of economic connection between Shanxi Province and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
