我国速度160 km/h客运机车型式试验标准分析及满足欧洲铁路互联互通技术规范的建议

摘　　要：我国速度160 km/h客运机车包括内燃和电力2种车型,均已完成国内型式试验考核。通过对速度160 km/h客运机车技术条件以及型式试验标准的分析,梳理出内燃机车和电力机车投入使用前试验项点的差异。分析欧洲TSI认证以及整车试验标准文件,给出我国客运机车满足欧洲铁路互联互通技术规范的建议。China’s 160 km/h passenger locomotives,including diesel locomotive and electric Locomotive,have completed the domestic type test.By analyzing the technical conditions and type test standards of passenger locomotive with a speed of 160 km/h,the differences of test items between diesel locomotive and electric locomotive before they are put into use are sorted out.The documents of European TSI certification and complete vehicle test standard was analyzed.Three suggestions for Chinese passenger locomotive to meet the technical specification of European railway interconnection was proposed.
