涡流制动与直线电机制动在高铁上的应用对比分析

摘  要:基于国内外文献数据,对直流励磁的涡流制动和交流励磁的直线电机制动从原理、结构、应用、制动能力、供电系统及轨道温升等方面进行了对比分析,结果表明:涡流制动的优点是制动能力强,缺点是励磁功率大、引起的轨道温升高;直线电机制动的优点是可实现无源运行,引起的轨道温升低,缺点是制动能力相对较弱,控制系统复杂。Based on the literature data at domestic and abroad,it compared and analyzed the principle,structure,application,braking ability,power supply system,and track temperature rise of DC-excited eddy current braking and AC-excited linear motor braking(that is LIM-type rail braking.The results show that the advantages of eddy current braking has strong braking ability,while the disadvantages of eddy current braking has high excitation power and railroad temperature rise caused by linear motor braking.Passive operation can be achieved,resulting in low track temperature rise,the shortcoming is that the braking capacity is relatively weak,and the control system is complex.
