摘  要:材质为ZG310-570的HXN_(3B)型调车机车用铸钢轮心易出现探伤线性聚磁缺陷,为此生产企业试制了B+级钢材质的轮心。为验证B+级钢轮心的服役性能,须在轮心批量装车前对其进行试用考核。基于目前试用考核规定较为宏观的现状,从线路及环境、安全应急预案、装车数量及周期、试用考核期间的跟踪和监测、试用考核结束后的拆检、试用考核结果的评价等6个方面设计制订适用于B+级钢轮心的试用考核方案,并通过线路试用考核过程及结果、生产企业后续的轮心成品合格率数据综合验证所设计试用考核方案的可行性。研究内容为HXN_(3B)型调车机车可换装B+级铸钢轮心提供技术支撑。The cast steel wheel center of HXN_(3B) shunting locomotive with ZG310-570 is prone to linear magnetic defects of flaw detection,so the production enterprise has trial-produced the B+grade steel wheel core.In order to verify the service performance of B+grade steel wheel center,it is necessary to carry out the trial assessment before the batch loading of the wheel center.Based on the current macro situation of trial assessment regulations,the trial assessment scheme suitable for B+grade steel wheel center is designed from six aspects,line and environment,safety emergency plan,loading quantity and cycle,tracking and monitoring during trial assessment,disassembly and inspection after trial assessment,and evaluation of trial assessment results.The feasibility of the designed trial assessment scheme is verified by the process and results of line trial assessment and the qualified rate data of subsequent wheel center products of production enterprises.The research content provides technical support for HXN_(3B) shunting locomotive to replace B+grade cast steel wheel center.
