摘 要:锂离子电池已在轨道交通领域得到越来越多的应用,所以对锂离子电池的安全性提出了更高的要求。然而,目前我国轨道交通领域尚未制定锂离子电池安全相关的国家或行业标准。文中聚焦我国首个车用动力电池国家强制性标准GB 38031-2020和国际轨道交通锂离子电池标准IEC 62928∶2017,从电池单体和电池包或系统2个层面分别对机械安全、热及环境安全、电气安全的不同试验项点进行深入对比分析,并以轨道交通实际应用特点为出发点,对试验项点、试验方法和试验评定标准的选择与设置提出了建议,为我国锂离子电池技术规范或标准的制定提供技术支撑。Lithium-ion battery has been used more and more in the field of rail transit,but put forward higher requirements for the safe⁃ty of lithium-ion battery.However,there are no national or industrial standards related to lithium-ion battery safety for rail transit in China.The paper based on two latest national standard for lithium-ion battery in the field of electric vehicles and rail transit(GB38031-2020 and IEC62928∶2017),conducts comparative analysis on three different test items-mechanical safety,thermal and environmental safety,and electrical safety from dual levels of sell and battery pack or system.Besides,based on the practical application characteristics of rail transit,the selection and setting for test items,test methods and test evaluation standards were suggested,which provided techni⁃cal support for the formulation of technical specifications or standards for lithium-ion batteries in China.
