摘 要:我国服役动车组车轮外形共有5种,但不同车轮外形轮缘厚度的运用限值不同,主要分布在22~26 mm之间。更薄的轮缘厚度运用限值可显著提升动车组运营经济性,为提高车轮寿命降低动车组运用成本,从轮轨几何关系、动力学仿真、疲劳强度等方面验证了我国所有类型服役动车组车轮轮缘厚度运用限值降低到22 mm的可行性。同时考虑轮轨磨耗现状及养护维修情况,建议应用22 mm轮缘厚度限值时,一定要加强线路特别是道岔区域交叉渡线的养护水平。There are 5 kinds of wheel tread profile of EMU in China,but the application limits of flange thickness for different wheels are different,mainly distributed between 22-26 mm.The thinner flange thickness limits significantly improve the operating economy of EMU.In order to improve wheel life and reduce the application cost of EMU,the feasibility of reducing the flange thickness to 22 mm was theoretically verified from the aspects of wheel-rail geometry relationship,dynamic simulation and fatigue strength.At the same time,considering the current situation of wheel/rail wear and maintenance,it is recommended to strengthen the maintenance level of the line when applying the 22 mm limit of flange thickness.
