摘  要:为了提升废弃羊毛的利用价值,以废弃羊毛为原料制备了针刺非织造材料。将废弃羊毛和原毛纤维从纤维形貌、直径、长度和断裂强力方面进行了对比,然后将以废弃羊毛和原毛为原料制备的针刺非织造材料从力学性能、隔热性方面进行了对比分析。结果表明:与原毛纤维相比,废弃羊毛纤维较粗且表面鳞片被损伤,其纤维直径为57.12μm,为原毛直径的145%;废弃羊毛纤维长度约为65 mm,为原毛长度的79%;废弃羊毛纤维断裂强度为1.19 cN/dtex,为原毛断裂强度的73%;与原毛纤维针刺非织造材料相比,废弃羊毛针刺非织造材料的断裂强力和撕破强力较低;废弃羊毛纤维非织造材料的导热系数为0.032 87 W/(m·K),低于原毛纤维非织造材料的导热系数0.035 16 W/(m·K);废弃羊毛针刺非织造材料的隔热性能优于原毛针刺非织造材料。In order to improve the utilization value of waste wool,needle-punched nonwovens were prepared from waste wool.The fiber morphology,diameter,length and breaking strength of waste wool and raw wool fibers were compared,and then,the needle-punched nonwoven materials prepared from waste wool and raw wool were compared and analyzed from the aspects of mechanical properties and thermal insulation.The results show that the waste wool fiber is coarser and the surface scales are damaged compared with the raw wool fiber.The fiber diameter is 57.12μm,which is 145%of the raw wool diameter.The length of waste wool fiber is about 65 mm,which is 79%of the length of raw wool.The breaking strength of waste wool fiber is 1.19 cN/dtex,which is 73%of the breaking strength of raw wool.Compared with the raw wool fiber needle-punched nonwovens,the breaking strength and tearing strength of waste wool needle-punched nonwovens are lower.The thermal conductivity of waste wool fiber is 0.03287 W/(m·K),which is lower than that of raw wool fiber nonwoven material,0.03516 W/(m·K).The thermal insulation performance of waste wool needle-punched nonwovens is better than that of raw wool needle-punched nonwovens.
