经纬纱干湿纺纱方式对亚麻平纹织物性能的影响

摘  要:为了探讨经纬纱的干、湿纺纱方式及其不同组合对亚麻平纹织物性能的影响,对比4种干纺转杯纺或湿纺环锭纺亚麻纱作为经纬纱的纯亚麻平纹织物的服用性能、触觉风格、舒适性的差异。结果表明:在织物力学性能方面,4种织物强力均较大,其中经纬纱均为亚麻湿纺纱的织物力学性能最好;在织物保形性和舒适性方面,干纺、湿纺纱交织的织物较优;在触觉方面,经纱为干纺纱、纬纱为湿纺纱的织物的表面最光滑。文章从纯亚麻干纺纱与湿纺纱交织角度出发,对改善纯亚麻平纹织物的服用性能和穿着舒适性进行研究,为生产性能更优异的纯亚麻织物提供了一种思路。In order to investigate the influence of different combinations of dry or wet spun flax yarn on the performance of plain flax fabric.The differences of wearability,tactile style and comfort of four kinds of dry or wet spun flax yarn as warp and weft yarn were compared.The results show that the four kinds of fabrics have higher mechanical properties,and the fabric with pure flax wet-spun warp and weft yarn has the best mechanical properties.In terms of shape retention and comfort,wet and dry interwoven fabrics are better;In terms of tactile,the surface of fabrics with dry warp and wet weft yarn is the smoothest.From the perspective of the interweaving of dry spinning and wet spinning pure flax,the research on improving the wearing performance and comfort of pure flax plain fabric provides a way to produce pure flax fabric with better performance.
