摘  要:为了开发新面料,提高产品附加值,开拓新的市场,设计研发了牛角瓜纤维/蚕蛹蛋白纤维改性聚酯(Aircell纤维)混纺抗菌机织小提花面料。介绍了选用材料的特点,阐述了创作灵感,绘制了包括组织图、穿筘图、穿综图和纹版图的上机图;概述了面料制作工艺流程,着重总结了整经、浆纱及织造使用的设备和具体的工艺方案,并制定了优化工艺技术措施;为验证面料的功能性,对面料进行抗菌性能测试。所得成品纬密大于经密,直条纹明显,滑爽挺括,具有麻织物的粗犷特点,质感明显。成品一等品率99%,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌及白色念珠球菌抑菌率分别为78%、78%、71%,产品质量和抗菌性较好。In order to improve product additive value and exploit the market,the anti-bacterial woven jacquard fabric blended with akund fiber/silkworm pupa protein fiber/Aircell fiber was designed and developed.The characteristics of the material were introduced,the creative inspiration was elaborated,and the machine drawing including the organization diagram,the reed diagram,the reed diagram and the pattern map were drawn.The process of fabric production was summarized,and the equipment and specific process plan used in warping,sizing and weaving were summarized emphatically.The technical measures to optimize the process were formulated.To verify the functionality of the fabric,antibacterial tests were performed on the fabric.After inspection,the rate of first-class products reach 99%;The antibacterial rates of Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Candida albicans are 78%,78%and 71%,respectively.The developed products have good quality and antibacterial activity.
