摘 要:绷带界面压力的准确性与稳定性对治疗效果有重要影响。为提高绷带加压疗法的临床疗效,对绷带加压疗法的作用机制以及临床常见绷带加压装置进行了概述,随后从分析影响“人体-绷带界面压力”的主要因素出发,着重论述了绷带初始界面压力与动态压力的预测研究及其应用进展。总结了界面初始压力主要受肢体曲率以及绷带的包扎手法的影响;得出应用压力预测模型设计开发绷带拉伸指示图标具有可行性;动态压力变化幅度与速率主要受人体姿势与绷带材料和组织结构的影响,构建压力衰减模型可辅助操作者及时调节界面压力;预测进一步规范加压装置使用说明、优化绷带设计以及运用数值模拟进行界面压力预测是未来的发展趋势。The accuracy and stability of sub-bandage pressure had significant impact on the outcome of the treatment.In order to improve the clinical efficacy of compression therapy with sub-bandage,the mechanism of compression therapy and the common clinical compression device were summarized in this paper.Starting from the analysis of the main factors affecting the pressure of the human-bandage interface,the prediction and application progress of initial interfacial pressure and dynamic pressure under bandage was focused on.The initial sub-bandage pressure was mainly affected by the curvature of the limb and the bandage technique,and it was feasible to apply the pressure prediction model to design and develop bandage stretch indicator icon were summarized.The magnitude and rate of dynamic pressure changes were mainly influenced by the body posture and bandage material and tissue structure,and the construction of pressure decay model could assist the operator to regulate the interface pressure in time.It was predicted that the further standardization of the operation instruction of compression devices,the optimization of bandage design,and the use of numerical simulation for interfacial pressure prediction will become the future development direction.
