摘 要:为了拓展3D打印技术在纺织服装中的应用范畴,文章介绍了3D打印纺织服装的3种成型方式,并归纳了其中5种工艺类型的打印原理、特性和优缺点。提出选择合适的3D打印技术进行纺织服装制造时,需要重点考虑3个方面,包括成型技术的影响因素、材料类型及其特性、表面质量及后处理。通过分析近年来国内外有关3D打印纺织服装的研究现状,归纳了3D打印技术分别在纤维结构、柔性纺织品和服装单品3个层面的具体应用。研究表明:3D打印技术作为先进的纺织服装智能制造手段,在新型纤维、纱线形态以及纺织品结构和服装制造等方面表现出巨大的应用潜力。In order to expand the application scope of 3D printing technology in textile and garments,three types of molding methods for 3D printing textile and garments were introduced and the printing principles,characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of 5 kinds of process types were summarized.It was proposed that when choosing the appropriate 3D printing technology for textile and garment manufacturing,3 aspects should be considered,including the influencing factors of molding technology,material type,and its characteristics,surface quality and post-treatment.By analyzing the current situation of domestic and international research on 3D printed textiles and garment in recent years,the specific applications of 3D printing technology at three levels,namely,fiber structure,flexible textiles and garment items,were summarized.The study shows that as an advanced means of intelligent manufacturing of textiles and garments,3D printing technology also shows great potential for applications in new fibers,yarn forms,textile structures and garment manufacturing.
