南沙海域魣铗虫科单殖吸虫二中国新记录种

摘　　要：记述采自中国南海南沙海域之异鳞蛇鲭Lepidocybium flavobrunneum鳃的2种魣铗虫科Chauhaneidae单殖吸虫,蛇鲭拟伪后雌虫Pseudopisthogynopsis lepidocybii Yamaguti,1965和收缩异伪后雌虫Allopseudopisthogyne constricta Yamaguti,1965。其中,蛇鲭拟伪后雌虫无端瓣及端钩;收缩异伪后雌虫具端瓣及端钩,且虫体中部具一收缩区将卵巢与睾丸区隔开。这2个种及所在的属均为中国新记录,标本保存于华南师范大学生命科学学院鱼类寄生虫学研究室。Two Chauhaneid monogenean species collected from fishes off Nansha islands of the South China Sea were described.Pseudopisthogynopsis lepidocybii Yamaguti,1965 and Allopseudopisthogyne constricta Yamaguti,1965 were found on the gills of Lepidocybium flavobrunneum.The two species both with the following characteristics:Body elongate.Haptor asymmetrical,with 4 pairs of clamps,the four larger subsessile clamps on the pore side and four smaller pedunculate clamps on the other side.Clamps are of the gastrocotylid type,consists of 1 median sclerite,2 pairs of lateral sclerites and 1 pair of accessory piece.Testes numerous,in front of ovary.Copulatory tube banana shape.Vagina single,in the median field.Differences between the two species were that the terminal lappet with one pair terminal hooks and the constricted area of body present in A.constricta but absent in P.lepidocybii.The two species and two genera they represented were all reported for the first time in China.All specimens are deposited in the Laboratory of Fish Parasitology,School of Life Sciences,South China Normal University.
