摘 要:铁路的设计速度是行车技术的核心指标,是确定设计线路与速度有关的建筑物和设计标准的基本参数,其选择是一项复杂的系统工程,如选择不当,将来可能造成重复建设或废弃工程。本文以绵阳至遂宁至内江铁路速度标准选择为案例,结合国家宏观政策和路网规划,从项目功能定位、运输需求、工程技术经济等方面综合比选,合理确定设计速度标准,在此基础上总结类似项目速度标准选择的原则和注意事项,以供同行参考。The design speed of the railway is the core indicator of the driving technology,and the basic parameter to determine the various speed-related buildings on the design line and their design standards.Its selection is a complex systems engineering,which is difficult to change once completed.If not selected properly,it may lead to redundant construction or discarded projects in the future.This paper takes the selection of speed standards for the Miany ang Suinning-Neijjang Railway as an example,considers the national macro policies and road network planning such as the"State Ofice No.27 Document"and makes comparison of alternatives in terms of project function positioning,transportation demand,engineering techno economic conditions to reasonably determine the design speed standards.On this basis,it summarizes the principles and precautions for the selection of speed standards for similar projects for reference.
