基于数据挖掘探究从瘀论治系统性红斑狼疮的组方规律

摘　　要：[目的]基于数据挖掘方法,探究从瘀论治系统性红斑狼疮的用药和组方规律。[方法]通过文献检索,收集从血瘀论治系统性红斑狼疮的中药处方,初步筛选、统计后进行聚类分析、关联分析和复杂网络分析,得到核心处方。[结果]本研究共纳入处方229首,中药282味,其中高频中药30味。使用频次最高的中药依次为生地黄、牡丹皮、赤芍和丹参;四气属寒的中药种类最多,属温、平者次之;五味以甘、苦居多;归经以肝经最多,其次为心、肾经;功效类别以清热、补虚、活血化瘀居多。核心处方为:生地黄、牡丹皮、赤芍、白花蛇舌草、甘草、丹参、黄芪,聚类分析得到8项分类组合。[结论]核心处方以活血、清热、益气三效并举,调节系统性红斑狼疮患者的免疫功能,改善血液循环,并能够减少相关药物的不良反应。[Objective]To observe the medication and prescription rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)based on blood stasis.[Methods]The prescriptions in the treatment of SLE based on blood stasis were collected by literature retrieval.After preliminary screening and statistics,cluster analysis,association analysis and complex network analysis were carried out for core prescriptions.[Results]Two hundred and twenty-nine prescriptions were included in this study,including 282 herbs,of which 30 were used with high frequency.The most frequently used herbs were Radix Rehmanniae(Shengdihuang),Cortex Moutan(Mudanpi),Radix Paeoniae(Chishao)and Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae(Danshen).The top 3 properties were cold,warm and neutral;the top 2 tastes were sweet and bitter;the meridians were liver,heart and kidney meridians.Categories of function were focused on clearing away heat,tonifying deficiency,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.The core prescriptions were:Radix Rehmanniae(Shengdihuang),Cortex Moutan(Mudanpi),Radix Paeoniae(Chishao),Spreding Hedyotis(Baihuasheshecao),Radix Glycyrrhizae(Gancao),Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae(Danshen),Radix Astragali(Huangqi).Eight classification combinations were obtained by cluster analysis.[Conclusion]The core prescriptions had the effect of promoting blood circulation,clearing away heat and benefiting Qi,which were able to regulate immune function,improve blood circulation and reduce side effects of related drugs in SLE patients.
