摘 要:为探讨和分析临床医学本科网络教学的效果和弊端,以新乡医学院五年制本科临床专业学生为研究对象,随机选取192名学生组成对照组,采用传统单一线下医学教学模式,随机选取196名学生组成实验组,采用线上教学平台的网络教学模式。比较实验组与对照组的内科学成绩和外科学成绩,结果应用SPSS 25.0软件进行分析。实验组与对照组的内科学成绩,差异无显著性意义(p>0.05),实验组与对照组的外科学成绩比较,差异无显著性意义(p>0.05),表明临床医学本科网络教育教学模式与传统单一线下医学教学模式的教学效果无明显区别,可以推广使用。In order to explore and analyze the effectiveness and drawbacks of online teaching for clinical medicine undergraduate programs,a control group consisting of 192 randomly selected five-year undergraduate clinical students from Xinxiang Medical University was formed.The traditional single offline medical teaching mode was adopted in this group.Other 196 students were randomly selected to form an experimental group for which the online teaching platform’s online teaching mode was adopted.The scores of internal medicine and surgery between the experimental group and the control group are compared and the results are analyzed using SPSS 25.0 software.There is no significant difference in the internal medicine scores between the experimental group and the control group(p>0.05).There is no significant difference in the surgical scores between the experimental group and the control group(p>0.05)either.This indicates that there is no significant difference in the teaching effect between the online education teaching mode of clinical medicine and the traditional single teaching mode,and the former can be promoted and used.
