摘  要:风湿学科是一个相对小众的学科,中医学本科专业学生在有限的学时内,无法系统学习风湿免疫学的相关知识,对风湿性疾病普遍缺乏了解。采用多元化分期施教的教学模式,能尽快使学生熟悉风湿科的系统知识,掌握临床技能。初期以理论强化教学为主,夯实知识基础;中期带教教师要言传身教,引导学生学习、思考和实践。后期教师要放手,学生在一线,教师在二线,放手不放眼,培养学生的动手能力,以及独立思考和解决问题的能力,循序渐进,由易到难,让实习生逐渐热爱医学临床工作。Rheumatism is a relatively niche discipline.In the limited class hours,the undergraduate students of traditional Chinese medicine can not systematically learn the relevant knowledge of rheumatic immunology,and generally lack understanding of rheumatic diseases.In order to make students familiar with the systematic knowledge of Rheumatology and master the clinical skills as soon as possible,we should adopt the teaching mode of diversified teaching by stages.In the early stage,the focus is on strengthening theoretical teaching.,and the knowledge base should be consolidated.In the middle stage,teachers should teach by words and deeds,demonstrate in person,and guide students to study,think and practice.In the later stage,the teacher should let go,the students are on the first-line,while the teachers second-line.Let them practice on their own but give some supervision and guidance,cultivate their hands-on ability and independent thinking,problem-solving ability,step by step,from easy to difficult,letting the interns gradually love medical clinical work.
