摘　　要：空间攻防对抗是当前的主要军事对抗领域之一。针对当前军校研究生培养无法有效适应智能空间攻防需求的这一问题,分析了空间攻防对抗新型军事人才培养的特点和问题,摸索了一套面向空间攻防的高素质人才培养模式,并结合已开展的工作,给出了人才培养方法实施的研究与实践结果,紧紧围绕未来空间攻防对抗使命任务,为高素质新型军事人才培养能力建设提供参考,为培养智能空间攻防对抗人才提供支撑。Space countermeasure is one of the main confrontation areas in current military wars.Aiming at the problem that the current military academy postgraduate training cannot effectively meet the needs of intelligent space countermeasure operations,in this article the characteristics and problems of the military personnel training in space countermeasure are analyzed,and a set of high-quality personnel training models for space countermeasure is explored.Combined with the work that has been carried out,the research and practical results of the implementation of talent training are given.All the efforts closely focus on the mission of winning future space countermeasure operations,provide a reference for the construction of military’s high-quality new military personnel training capabilities,as well as support for cultivating talents needed to win future wars.
