摘  要:通过对在中性盐雾条件下的腐蚀状态及腐蚀量的计算,评价几种防护材料对桥梁缆索用热镀锌钢丝的保护作用。通过失重法,评价中性盐雾对桥梁缆索用热镀锌钢丝不同周期腐蚀的影响。结果表明:随着实验时间的增长,桥梁缆索用热镀锌钢丝表面的锌层首先被腐蚀,生成白色锈蚀产物,随着腐蚀的加剧,锈蚀产物逐渐变成红褐色及黑色锈蚀产物,通过不同的防锈防护材料的应用,可以显着延长锈蚀产物生成的时间。By calculating the corrosion state and amount of hot-dip galvanized steel wire for bridge cable in neutral salt spray,the protective effects of several protective materials on hot-dip galvanized steel wire for bridge cable were evaluated.The effect of neutral salt spray on different corrosion cycles of hot-dip galvanized steel wire for bridge cable was evaluated by weight loss method.The results show that the zinc layer on the surface of the hot-dip galvanized steel wire for bridge cable is corroded firstly,and the white corrosion products are formed,the application of different anti-rust protective materials can significantly prolong the formation time of rust product.
