摘 要:为进一步研究阻燃剂在降低材料火灾危险性方面的应用优势,使用火灾数值模拟软件(FDS)和锥形量热仪(CONE)等仪器探测聚氨酯(PU)和阻燃聚氨酯燃烧时烟气的蔓延情况。为了更加宏观地展现阻燃材料实际的燃烧情况,将CONE中av-HRR数据和FDS软件结合,使用FDS对PU和PU/15APP铺满的标准房间进行模拟。PU门口的材料在158.2 s时开始出现燃尽消失的现象,PU/15APP是在265 s出现此现象,相比PU整整推迟了107 s。模拟到达40 s时,烟气蔓延整个房间,能见度降低。模拟房间的温度和CO浓度都在40 s达到最大值,且PU/15APP的数值低于PU。In order to further study the application of flame retardants in reducing the fire risk of materials,fire numerical simulation software(FDS)and cone calorimeter(CONE)were used to investigate the smoke spread of polyurethane(PU)and flame retardant polyurethane during combustion.In order to show the actual combustion situation of flame retardant materials more macroscopic,av-HRR data in CONE and FDS software were combined to simulate standard rooms covered with PU and PU/15APP with FDS.The material at the gate of PU began to burn out and disappear at 158.2 s,and this phenomenon occurred at 265 s for PU/15APP,which was 107 s later than PU.When the simulation reaches 40 s,the flue gas spreads throughout the room,and the progress can be reduced.The temperature and CO concentration of the simulated room reached the maximum value in 40 s,and the value of PU/15APP was lower than PU.
