摘  要:针对油气田现有腐蚀监测系统不能给检修维护人员提供准确可靠的监测数据以及提供数据与实际数据不符的问题,本文对油气田整体工艺流程采用电阻探针、腐蚀挂片、腐蚀调查、全面检验等方式进行分析后,通过增加或改善腐蚀挂片、电阻探针监测点位和增加固定壁厚监测点位的方式进行系统优化。优化后,提高了腐蚀监测系统的准确性,确保油气田工艺流程正常安全运行。In view of the problem that the existing corrosion monitoring system of oil and gas fields can not provide accurate and reliable monitoring data for maintenance personnel and the data provided is inconsistent with the actual data,this paper analyzes the overall process flow of oil and gas fields by means of resistance probe,corrosion coupon,corrosion investigation,comprehensive inspection,etc.,and through adding or improving corrosion coupon,the resistance probe monitoring points and the fixed wall thickness monitoring points are added to optimize the system.After optimization,the accuracy of the corrosion monitoring system is improved and the normal and safe operation of the oil and gas field process flow is ensured.
