摘　　要：“健康老龄化”已上升为国家老龄事业发展战略,老年人的生理和心理健康与居住环境有密切的关系。老年人面临着身体机能与心理健康方面的双重挑战。与中国有相同文化背景的日本在1999年制定的黄金计划提出要以健康老年人为对象进行保健、预防和社会活动支援等“健康增进”理念。其中,与老年人生活息息相关的日本养老设施更是被赋予了可帮助老年人延长健康状态,使其能够独立生活,降低社会护理成本的新理念。本文通过日本日建集团设计的4个养老设施为例,分析“健康增进”理念在养老设施设计中的具体应用,通过生理与心理的双重干预,重新审视养老设施对老年人健康促进的重要作用。以期在健康老龄化为背景下,中国养老设施针对预防保健等健康促进方面的设计提供借鉴与参考。"Healthy aging"has been promoted as a national strategy for the development of aging,and the physiological and psychological health of the elderly is closely related to the living environment.Older adults face dual challenges in terms of physical functioning and mental health.Japan,which has the same cultural background as China,proposed the concept of"health promotion"in its Golden Plan in 1999,which targets healthy elderly people for health care,prevention and social activity support.In particular,Japanese elderly care facilities,which are closely related to the lives of the elderly,have been given new ideas that can help the elderly prolong their health,enable them to live independently,and reduce the cost of social care.This paper analyzes the application of the concept of"health promotion"in the design of senior care facilities through four examples of elderly care facilities designed by NIKKEN GROUP,and re-examines the important role of elderly care facilities in promoting the health of the elderly through both physical and psychological interventions.The aim is to provide a reference for the design of preventive health care and other health promotion aspects in Chinese senior care facilities in the context of healthy aging.
