天津市日企发展现状及日语人才需求分析

摘　　要：从服务地区经济发展的视角对天津市日企发展现状及日语人才需求进行考察,显示天津市日企在2007年后呈现收缩态势,近年来日本在津投资虽有一定的回暖趋势,但无论是直接投资金额,还是在津日企数量均处于低谷期。在日语人才需求不旺的市场环境下,高校日语专业应立足天津市“制造业立市”的定位与实际,根据需求导向、特色导向的原则优化专业人才培养方案。This paper investigates the current situation of Japanese enterprises in Tianjin and the demand for Japanese language talents from the perspective of serving regional economic development.According to the survey,Japanese enterprises in Tianjin basically showed a trend of contraction after 2007.Although Japanese investment in Tianjin has rebounded in recent years,both the amount of direct investment and the number of Japanese enterprises in Tianjin are at a low point.Under the market environment of low demand for Japanese talents,Japanese majors in colleges and universities should base on the positioning and actuality of"manufacturing city"ofTianjin,and optimize the professional training program according to the demand-oriented and characteristic-oriented principles.
