摘　　要：车辆服务中心面对中心工会工作存在的问题,以“当好主人翁、建功新时代”为主题,以“全面服务企业发展,竭诚服务职工群众”为主线,坚持问题导向,制定针对性措施,努力打造“安全、健康、文化、活力、和谐”五个家园,引领广大员工为中心高质量发展争作贡献,发挥了工会组织的职能作用。The Vehicle Service Center,in response to issues faced by the center's trade union,adopts the theme“Being a Good Steward and Achieving New Success in the New Era”and the main goal of“Fully Serving Enterprise Development and Workers and the Masses with Dedication”.Taking a problem-oriented approach,targeted measures have been formulated to build five homes-“Safe,Healthy,Cultural,Dynamic,and Harmonious”-which guide the staff to contribute to the high-quality development of the center and enhance the functional role of the trade union organization.
