摘　　要：针对无元素氯(ECF)漂白工艺过氧化氢强化碱抽提(Ep)段100 m^(2)转鼓真空洗浆机结垢问题,通过对垢片进行烧失量测量和X射线荧光光谱成分检测,分析了结垢的来源及原因。结合目前国家环保政策、制浆车间设备现状和实际工艺条件,从破坏结垢的环境和条件方面入手,制定了解决方案,有效解决了制浆碱法蒸煮产能提升后的结垢问题。Ep漂白段洗浆机滤网使用寿命从12个月延长到18个月,不仅提升了制浆运行效率,也节约了生产成本。In order to solve the scaling problem of the 100 m^(2) drum vacuum pulp washer in the hydrogen peroxide strengthened alkaline extraction(Ep)section of elemntal chlorine free(ECF)bleaching process,the origin and cause of scaling were analyzed by measuring the loss on ignition and X-ray fluorescence spectrum composition of the scale.According to the current national environmental protection policy,the present situation of the equipment in the pulping workshop and the actual technological conditions,starting from the aspects of destroying the environment and conditions of scaling,a solution has been formulated,the scaling problem after the capacity increase of alkaline pulping cooking can be effectively solved.The service life of filter screen of Ep bleaching stage washer is extended from 12 months to 18 months,which not only improves the pulping operation efficiency,but also saves the production cost.
