摘　　要：浙江省景宁畲族自治县(以下称景宁县)是典型山区县,林业占据举足轻重的地位。文中基于景宁县1989—2016年共5次的森林资源规划设计调查数据,采用对比分析的方法,研究景宁县近30年森林资源动态变化特点及其驱动力,展现出景宁县从靠山吃山的山区县转变为生态县的过程。研究结果表明:1989—2000年,在大力加强资源培育和资源大量消耗双重因素作用下,森林资源整体呈现“覆盖率大幅增加,蓄积量大幅下降”的现象;2000年以后,在覆盖率达到基本饱和的前提下,严格限制森林采伐、强化林种树种结构的调整、多元化发挥森林的生态优势,森林资源呈现出蓄积量稳定增长的特点。在此基础上,根据景宁县的森林资源现状提出4条建议:1)考核指标由重森林面积向重森林质量转变;2)加强树种结构调整;3)强化伐后改造;4)多方位实施提质增效工程。Jingning She Autonomous County is a typical mountain county,and forestry is its lifeline.Using the method of comparative analysis,this paper studies the characteristics of and the driving factors to dynamic changes in forest resources of Jingning County in the past 3 decades based on the data from 5 continuous forest management inventories in 1989-2016.The study shows the transformation process of Jingning County from extremely relying on mountain resources utilization for living to taking advantage of eco-environment improvement for wealth.The results indicate that,during 1989-2000,forest resources in the county were characterized by the substantial increase in forest coverage and the drastic decrease in stock volume,which were driven by two factors of intensifying the resource cultivation and expediting the resources consumption.Under the precondition that forest coverage comes to the peak since 2000,the forest resources in the county present the characteristics of stable increase in stock volume and optimized ecological structure,resulted from the measures such as the strict restriction of forest harvesting,deepening the adjustment of forest structure and species composition and giving play to the diverse ecological advantages of forests.Based on the analysis,the paper gives 4 recommendations according to the current situation of forest resources in Jingning,including:1)The evaluation indicator should shift its focus from forest area to fores quality;2)Species composition should be improved by transformation measures;3)Forest form should be improved by combining logging and transformation measures;and 4)Forest landscape amelioration projects should be implemented to raise the quality and increase the efficiency in all around.
