摘　　要：每一次工业革命时期都会出现能够对经济社会产生重要影响的通用目的技术,并带来技术-经济范式的改变,成为世界各国加速工业化或工业提质增效的契机。当前,新一轮科技革命和产业变革突飞猛进,一批新的数字技术相继涌现、发展成熟,并且得到广泛应用。数字技术已经成为强大的赋能技术,数实融合成为工业的鲜明特征,数字化成为新型工业化的重要动力。推进新型工业化需要以数字化作为重要的抓手,强化数字科技创新,完善数字基础设施,加快工业数字化升级,推动数字化、绿色化双转型。In each period of industrial revolution,there will be the technology of general purpose that can have an important impact on the economy and society,and bring the change of technological and economic paradigm,which becomes an opportunity for countries around the world to accelerate industrialization or industrial improvement of quality and efficiency.At present,the scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation of the new round are advancing rapidly,and a number of new digital technology has emerged and matured,which has been widely applied.Digital technology has become a powerful enabling technology,and the integration of data and reality has become a distinctive feature of industry.Therefore,digitization has become an important driving force for new industrialization.In order to promote new industrialization,it is required to take digitization as an important starting point,strengthen the innovation of digital technology,improve digital infrastructure,speed up industrial and digital upgrading,and promote the dual transformation of digitization and greening.
