共同富裕视角下“山海协作”运转模式的路径探索——以晋江、长汀两地为例

摘　　要：【目的/意义】通过探索新时期晋江、长汀两地山海协作的运转路径,为其他地区山海协作工作的开展提供经验启示,助力实现共同富裕。【方法/过程】以晋江、长汀两地为主要研究对象,运用实地调研法分析了山海协作取得的创新成效、瓶颈困难并提出针对性建议。【结果/结论】研究发现,山海协作仍存在融资渠道单一、产业同质化现象突出、行政服务水平有待提升等不足。基于此,提出了拓宽市场融资渠道、育强山区生态产业、提高行政服务效率等对策建议。【Objective/Meaning】By exploring the collaboration between mountainous and coastal areas in Jinjiang and Changting in the new era,it would provide experience and inspiration for the development of the collaboration between mountainous and coastal areas in other regions and help to realize the common prosperity.【Methods/Procedures】By taking Jinjiang and Changting as the main research objects,the innovation effectiveness and bottleneck difficulties of the collaboration between mountainous and coastal areas were analyzed by using the field survey method,and then the specific suggestions were put forward.【Results/Conclusions】The study found that there were still some deficiencies in the collaboration between mountainous and coastal areas,such as the single financing channel,prominent industrial homogeneity,and low level of administrative services.Based on this,some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward,such as broadening the market financing channels,strengthening the ecological industry in the mountainous areas and improving the efficiency of administrative services,etc.
