摘 要:【目的/意义】针对福建粮食物流、储备问题与痛点提出福建省数字化粮食物流体系的对策和建议,以期为优化福建省数字化粮食物流体系提供参考,切实扛稳筑牢粮食安全的重任。【方法/过程】通过对福建省粮食需求、物流现状进行分析,探究福建省数字化粮食物流体系在发展过程中呈现出的供应链、信息化、标准化、基础设施等方面问题。【结果/结论】为促进福建省粮食物流体系高质量转型升级,从“集”“转”“智”“融”四方面提出了:构建粮食供应链网络,强化物流全局意识;重视标准体系建设,实现运转智能高效;做好智能物流基建,强化粮库数字化水平;融合发展物流与信息化,搭建粮食物流信息平台等对策建议。【Objective/Meaning】In view of the problems and pain points of grain logistics and reserves in Fujian,the countermeasures and suggestions for the digital grain logistics system in Fujian Province were put forward,in order to provide reference for optimizing the digital grain logistics system in Fujian and effectively shoulder the heavy task of ensuring the food security.【Methods/Procedures】Through the analysis of the grain demand and logistics status in Fujian Province,the problems of supply chain,informatization,standardization and infrastructure in the development course of digital grain logistics system in Fujian Province were explored.【Results/Conclusions】In order to promote the high-quality transformation and upgrading of the grain logistics system in Fujian Province,from the four aspects of“collection”,“transformation”,“intelligence”and“integration”,the countermeasures were put forward including strengthening the overall awareness of logistics by constructing the food supply chain network;realizing the intelligent and efficient operation by attaching importance to the construction of standard system;strengthening the digitalization level of grain storage by doing a good job in the infrastructure of intelligent logistics;and building the grain logistics information platform by integrating the development of logistics and information,thus to promote the high-quality transformation and upgrading of the grain logistics system in Fujian Province.
